The autumn-winter American TV season is about to kick off and along with new series of established shows such as Dexter or The Office, we’ve got quite a few new shows starting.

Some of these shows look crap, a lot of these shows look “meh” and a few of them look like they could be quite good. So to make things easy for you we’ve gone and compiled a list of shows that we’ve got our eye on, and so not to overwhelm you we’ve split it into two parts. The first of which focuses on the new drama’s that threaten to take over your lives.
